We are a contact center focused on delivering solutions and an excellent customer experience for our clients’ users. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a team-oriented mindset. The role involves handling inquiries, claims, and requests through different communication channels, providing phone support and customer assistance based on each client’s needs. Work modality: 100% on-site Schedule: 30 hours per week with rotating shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and/or digital channel support
- Handle inquiries, claims, and customer requests
- Provide customer assistance and follow-up
- Register information and interactions in the system
- Work collaboratively to achieve operational goals
- Maintain clear and professional communication with users
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must have completed high school.
- Must have their own PC.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week on rotating shifts.
