Call Center Agent

We are a contact center focused on delivering solutions and an excellent customer experience for our clients’ users. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a team-oriented mindset. The role involves handling inquiries, claims, and requests through different communication channels, providing phone support and customer assistance based on each client’s needs. Work modality: 100% on-site Schedule: 30 hours per week with rotating shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and/or digital channel support
  • Handle inquiries, claims, and customer requests
  • Provide customer assistance and follow-up
  • Register information and interactions in the system
  • Work collaboratively to achieve operational goals
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with users

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Must have completed high school.
  • Must have their own PC.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week on rotating shifts.
