2. Applicable legal framework

This policy is governed by Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations (Decree 1558/2001 and provisions of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública — AAIP). The AAIP, as supervisory authority under Law 25.326, is competent to handle complaints and claims from individuals whose rights have been affected by non-compliance with applicable data protection rules.

3. Data we collect

We collect the following personal data through the forms on this website: full name, email address, phone number, company, inquiry message, and — for job application forms — a curriculum vitae in PDF or Word format. We do not collect sensitive data as defined under Art. 2 of Law 25.326.

4. Purpose of processing

Data collected through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to commercial inquiries and send information about GSA BPO services. Data from job application forms is used to evaluate candidacies. We do not share personal data with third parties unrelated to the services described, except as required by law.

5. Rights of data subjects

Under Art. 14 of Law 25.326, data subjects have the right to: (a) access their personal data in our records; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) delete data whose processing is not authorized by law or is no longer necessary for the declared purpose; (d) request confidentiality of their data. To exercise these rights, send a request to comercial@gsabpo.com with the subject "Derechos Ley 25.326".

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses two types of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies: required for the operation of the site, including those set by the image CDN (cdn.sanity.io), the hosting provider (Vercel) and session management. These do not collect personal data for analytics or advertising purposes and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies (optional): this site uses Google Analytics 4 only after obtaining explicit user consent through the cookie banner. Users may withdraw consent at any time. Analytics cookies are activated only upon consent.

7. Data security

GSA BPO adopts the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, processing, or access. Data transmission through the site uses HTTPS protocol with TLS encryption.

8. Data retention

Commercial contact data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the last interaction. Job application data is retained for 1 year. After these periods, data is securely deleted.
